These terms apply when you use this website to enquire about, request a quote for, or book a holiday package, flight, hotel, or activity through MY ANGEL TRIP TRAVEL.

Submitting an enquiry or custom trip request does not create a booking. Prices and availability shown on this site (marked "Starting from") are indicative and confirmed at the time you book, since they depend on travel dates, hotel availability, and supplier rates.

A booking is confirmed once you have accepted a written quote and made the required payment, as agreed with your travel expert. Payment terms (deposit, balance due date, accepted methods) will be confirmed in writing before you pay.

Changes to a confirmed booking, and cancellations, are subject to the terms shown on the relevant package page and our Cancellation Policy. Some third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels) may apply their own separate change and cancellation terms.

You're responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents are in place for your trip. We provide visa guidance where relevant, but final responsibility for documentation rests with the traveller.

We act as an intermediary for third-party travel services (hotels, airlines, activity operators). While we take care in selecting the partners we work with, we are not liable for acts, errors, or omissions of these third parties beyond what is required by applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you make a booking will apply to that booking.
